A BILL to repeal article four, chapter forty-eight-a of the code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, relating to proceedings before a master; and the family law master system.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
§1. Repeal of article creating family law master system.
Article four, chapter forty-eight-a of the code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, is hereby repealed.



NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to repeal the provisions of the West Virginia code establishing the family law master system.
